Refund Policy

Singular Collective LLC offers professional digital media services, including content creation, brand partnerships, campaign strategy, and creator services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested.

1. Service-Based Engagements

All projects are governed by an individual proposal or contract agreed in writing before work begins. Once a project has been confirmed and a deposit or payment received, work is scheduled, resources are allocated, and creative direction begins.

2. Deposits

Deposits secure your project slot and cover initial planning, concept development, and resource allocation. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an engagement after work has started:

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of confirmation, before any work has begun: full refund minus any third-party costs already incurred (such as licensing, software, or talent fees).

  • Cancellation after work has commenced: refunds are issued only for unused portions of the project, calculated on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.

  • Cancellation after delivery of agreed milestones: no refund is available for work already completed.

4. Digital Products

Digital products (such as guides, presets, or downloadable content) are non-refundable once delivered, due to their nature.

5. Disputes and Quality Concerns

If you are unhappy with the work delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, where reasonable, offer revisions in line with the original project scope. Refunds will not be issued in place of revisions unless mutually agreed.

Please include your project reference, invoice number, and reason for the request. We respond to all refund requests within 7 business days.
